Please join us for our Financial Management Committee. The target audience for this committee includes the CEO, CFO, Controller, Accountants, Billing Leaders, and others grappling with the complexities of financial management in the ID/A system of care in PA. At our initial kickoff meeting, we will explore interest in fee schedule rates, Alternative Payment Models, MLTSS, ACOs, Billing Policies & Regulations, and other recommended topics. Any TPA member is welcome to join these committees even if they aren’t part of the target audience. This month’s meetings will focus on launching our committees and providing some updates from members.
