The target audience for this committee includes member organization Employment and program leaders that facilitate the opportunity for people with disabilities to pursue and participate in employment that leads to a positive sense of self and earning competitive wages. We explore best practices in connecting with employers, establishing employment pathways for people with disabilities coming out of school, fostering inclusivity in our workplaces (including paid advocacy roles), and other recommended topics.
Any TPA member is welcome to join these committees even if they aren’t part of the target audience.
