The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) will be hosting a webinar aimed at providing clarifications and reviewing up-to-date guidance for the CPS service. In addition, with Appendix K waiver flexibilities ending November 11, 2023, this webinar will include a review of the flexibilities relevant to CPS as a means for CPS Providers, AEs, and SCOs to ensure sufficient time is provided to make any necessary steps regarding CPS service provision, as well as authorizations in Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
