Overtime Rule: Gear Up to Share Feedback with DOL

ANCOR has been working diligently to review the proposed Overtime Rule, Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Outside Sales and Computer Employees, assess its impact, and offer solutions to ensure policies that will result in appropriate funding are in place to meet the requirements of the rule prior to finalization. 

With the comment deadline of November 7, 2023 fast-approaching, now is the time to respond to DOL and let them know how the proposed Overtime Rule will impact services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
