The purpose of this announcement is to remind residential providers and support coordination organizations (SCOs) that they are required to provide a *pdf file of their fiscal year-end financial statements with the approval of the most recent waiver amendments. The waiver amendments were approved October 18, 2023 and the announcement was updated to reflect clarifications on what is required and the timeline.
