- In accordance with the Targeted Services Recovery and Expansion Announcement (ODPANN 23-071), applications for eligible providers to receive supplemental funds as part of the ongoing systemic recovery of services for people living with Intellectual disabilities and autism is DUE TODAY. - As you learned from Lydia Dawson, Ancor has provided an excellent Executive Briefing for the Proposed Overtime Rule. In preparation for submitting public comments, our colleagues at Ancor have prepared a survey requesting information from the provider community on the proposed rule’s impact. The survey must be completed by the end of the day today, September 29, 2023.
