The Department of Human Services has selected Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL) to be the statewide vendor for VF/EA PDS effective January 1, 2024.
PPL, ODP, and PALCO are committed to ensuring the smoothest possible transition from PALCO to PPL. Extensive support will be provided to individuals and families who require assistance with transition activities. Additionally, general guidance and support will be provided through in-person “meet and greet” sessions with PPL, monthly stakeholder meetings, and a series of informational webinars.
