SEED Partner NCSL Highlights Disability Employment Among State Legislators

The State Exchange on Employment & Disability (SEED), along with ODEP leadership, participated in the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Legislative Summit in Indianapolis this week to promote disability-inclusive state policymaking. Assistant Secretary Williams also joined the Women’s Legislative Network Policy Roundtable, “Addressing State Worker Shortages through Inclusive Employment Policies,” to discuss increasing the workforce participation of women, including women with disabilities and other underrepresented groups, with women legislators from across the country.
