ANCOR Foundation Seeking Mentors for the Leadership Academy 2025 Cohort

The ANCOR Foundation announced an exciting new opportunity to volunteer that offers you the chance to lend your leadership skills and expertise.

From now until May 24, the ANCOR Foundation is seeking Mentors to work with members of the 2025 cohort of the ANCOR Foundation Leadership Academy. The two-year program provides emerging leaders with training and mentorship opportunities designed to cultivate their expertise and thought leadership.

Mentors work one-on-one over two years to support Academy participants’ professional growth through ongoing dialogue, meaningful feedback and active listening.

Mentors will represent a wide array of professional experience, backgrounds and expertise. An ANCOR member ideally suited to the Mentor role is identified not by the number of years of experience in our field, but rather by their genuine interest in developing up-and-coming leaders through open dialogue and thoughtful one-on-one guidance.

Ready to lend your expertise? Applications are due by May 24.
