Biden Administration Announces End of PHE

On January 30, 2023, the Biden Administration announced its intentions to end the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) declaration on May 11, 2023.  

The current PHE declaration was signed January 11, 2023 and set to expire April 11, 2023. This Statement of Administration Policy signals the Administration’s intention to extend the current PHE through May 11.  

ANCOR will provide updates as we learn more, including additional statements and guidance to clarify the unwinding of existing flexibilities dependent on the COVID-19 PHE declaration.
