ODPANN 22-121 : Webinar Recording Now Available: Public Comment on the Office of Developmental Program’s (ODP) Heightened Scrutiny Service Locations

 On December 1, 2022, ODP held a webinar to provide an overview of the heightened scrutiny process and listen to public comments. The recording of the presentation provided by ODP staff during this webinar is now posted on MyODP 

Public comment is being accepted until 11:59 pm on December 19, 2022. The documents for stakeholders to review to provide public comment are also available on MyODP.
