This communication announces the availability of Pennsylvania’s Statewide Transition Plan for Home and Community-Based Services for a 30-day public comment period. Comments received by 11:59 pm on September 22, 2022, will be reviewed and considered for revisions to Pennsylvania’s Final STP that will be submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
